Dec. 20 roundup: Park helps Chatham tie Morristown, Morris Knolls-Hills wins again

Michael Park stopped 32 of 34 shots to help Chatham earn a 2-2 tie with Morristown at Mennen Arena.

Matt Nacinavich and Timmy Triano each scored in the first period to help Chatham build a 2-1 lead going into the second period. Collin McKenna buried the game-tying goal for Morristown early in the second period, and it stayed tied until the very end despite Morristown’s 34-6 shot advantage.

Jackson Byrne had a goal and an assist, while Francis Zaklukiewicz dished out two assists for Morristown (5-1-2). Chatham is now 3-4-1.

Morris Knolls-Hills 4, Mountain Lakes-Boonton 0
Luke Dickerson had a goal and an assist to help Morris Knolls-Hills remain undefeated with a 4-0 win over Mountain Lakes-Boonton at Mennen Arena.

Dylan Williams, Matt Kuglin, and Kyle Thornton each had a goal for Morris Knolls-Hills, which now stands at a perfect 7-0 to start the season. Aidan Marvin stopped all 15 shots he faced to earn the shutout.

Cullen Fagan stopped 36 of 40 shots for Mountain Lakes-Boonton (2-4).
