Kyle Thornton scored twice to help Morris Knolls-hills snap a four-game winless streak with a 5-1 win over Roxbury at Mennen Arena.
Jake McCloud and Dante Tironi each dished out two assists for Morris Knolls-Hills (8-3-1). Matt Kuglin had a goal and an assist, while Ryan Mercer and Christian Monaco each chipped in with a goal. Aiden Chominsky stopped 14 of 15 shots in the win.
Gavin Barooah buried the lone goal for Roxbury, which fell to 0-6-1 with the loss.
Gill St. Bernard’s 11, Parsippany Regional 1
Logan Mote (4 goals, 2 assists) and Christian Mote (2 goals, 4 assists) each had six points to lift Gill St. Bernard’s to an 11-1 win over Parsippany Regional at Mennen Arena.
Michael Scarpatti added two goals and two assists for Gill St. Bernard’s, which improved to 2-1-1 with the win. Matt Bloomenthal and Porter Clark each had a goal and two assists, while Henry Smith also had a goal. Alex Steinberg stopped nine of 10 shots in the win.
David Zilinskis scored the only goal for Parsippany Regional (0-8).
Bernards-Somerville-Middlesex 12, High Point-Wallkill Valley-Kittatinny 2
Tanner Clemson recorded five points, including a hat trick and two assists, to lift Bernards-Somerville-Middlesex to a 12-2 win over High Point-Wallkill Valley-Kittatinny at Mennen Arena.
Ryan Leonard also had a hat trick and an assist for BSM, which remained undefeated and now holds a 6-0-1 record. Aidan Gallagher had two goals and an assist, while Taylor Favreau (1 goal, 1 assist), Justin Gordon (2 assists), and Jimmy Hathaway (1 goal, 1 assist) each contributed two points. Stephen Parisi and Dylan Leonard each added a goal in the win. Chris DeRogatis made 11 saves.
Michael Sadowski and Gordon Shindelman each had a goal for High Point-Wallkill-Kittatinny. Luca Carnemolla dished out two assists.
