Mendham 7, Verona-Glen Ridge 3
Tristan Aikenhead had three goals and an assist for Mendham in a 7-3 win over Verona-Glen Ridge in the Essex Holiday Tournament at Codey Arena.
Griffin Jozefek, Michael Gionco, and E.J. Gleie dished out two assists each for Mendham. Sean Caddo, Gavin Marshuetz, Mac Goggin, and Ian Tamboowalla each added goals in the win. Gavin Thrun stopped 25 of 28 shots in the win.
Mendham improved to 3-2-1 with the win.
West Morris 8, Parsippany Regional 1
Tommy Togno scored twice with an assist to lead West Morris to an 8-1 win over Parsippany Regional in the Essex Holiday Tournament at Codey Arena.
Max Michalski and Benjamin Wilmott each had a goal and two assists for West Morris (5-2). Jimmy Thompson had a goal and an assist, while Benjamin Barnhill, Jake Calhoun, and Nick Dargel each had a goal in the win. Phil Togno made nine of 10 saves in the win.
Parsippany Regional dropped to 0-5-1.
Madison 6, Oratory 1
Tyler Shannon scored twice to lead Madison to a 6-1 win over Oratory in the Essex Holiday Tournament at Codey Arena.
Cormac McNamara had a goal and two assists for Madison. Sam Gero, Andrew Haralampoudis, and Kyle Piechnik each recorded a goal and an assist in the win. Bryan Worthington stopped 40 of 41 shots in the win.
Madison improved to 2-6-1 with the win.
Wayne 4, Mount Olive-Hopatcong-Hackettstown 3
Nicholas Cioce and Liam Murphy each had a goal and an assist for Mount Olive-Hopatcong-Hackettstown in a 4-3 loss to Wayne in the Ice Vault Classic.
Christian Hertzig had two assists, while Ryan Twist also had a goal for Mount Olive-Hopatcong-Hackettstown.
Mount Olive-Hopatcong-Hackettstown dropped to 4-2 with the loss.
Ramsey 5, Park Regional 1
Mike Monahan scored the lone goal for Park Regional in a 5-1 loss to Ramsey in the Ice Vault Classic.
A.J. Schauder made 32 saves for Park Regional, which dropped to 4-3-1.
Middletown North 3, Morristown 1
Aedan Gray scored the lone goal for Morristown in a 3-1 loss to Middletown North in the Ice Vault Classic.
Dylan Peck made 21 saves for the Colonials, who dropped to 5-2-2.
